School management software, built for your school

Every school runs fees, exams and attendance a little differently. AiroxLab builds school management software around how your school already works, from a single campus in a small town to a group of branches.

Modules

What we commonly build.

Pick the parts you need. The written scope lists exactly what is included before any work starts.

Admissions and student records

Student profiles, guardian contacts, class and section, siblings, and documents in one place, with a history that follows the child year to year.

Fee vouchers and collection

Monthly fee vouchers by class, sibling and staff-child discounts, fines for late payment, and a list of defaulters each month.

Attendance

Daily student attendance by class, staff attendance, and absence alerts to parents.

Exams and result cards

Your own grading scheme, term and annual exams, and printable result cards in your school's format.

Timetable and teacher allocation

Classes, subjects and periods, with teacher workload visible at a glance.

Parent messages on WhatsApp

Fee reminders, results and notices sent to parents where they actually read them.

Multi-campus view

One owner or principal sees enrolment, fee collection and dues across every branch.

Why schools outgrow ready-made software

Most school software is built for a generic school. Real schools have their own rules. One gives a 50% discount to the third sibling. Another charges a separate exam fee twice a year. A third runs a morning school and an evening academy from the same building. When the software cannot match these rules, the accounts office goes back to registers and Excel, and the software becomes a second job.

AiroxLab builds school systems around your rules from the start. The modules above are what we commonly build. You choose the ones you need, and we shape each one to your fee structure, your result card and your way of working.

A fee example

Take a school with 600 students and an average monthly fee of Rs 3,500. That is Rs 2,100,000 billed each month. If 12% stays unpaid past the due date, Rs 252,000 is outstanding, often spread over 70 or more families. A clear defaulter list, printed vouchers, and polite WhatsApp reminders to parents make a real difference to that number, and save the accounts clerk days of checking registers.

How the build works

  1. Call. We talk to the owner, principal and accounts staff about how admissions, fees and exams run today.
  2. Written scope. You get a document listing the modules, screens and reports, with a price and a timeline.
  3. Build with weekly reviews. Each week you see working screens and tell us what to change, while changes are still cheap.
  4. Go live. We move your student and fee data, train your staff remotely, and support you on WhatsApp in Urdu and English.

Moving student data

Most schools have student lists in Excel and fee history in registers. We import the Excel lists during data migration and agree with you how much fee history to carry over. Many schools start with current balances and keep older registers for reference.

Built on a working foundation

Your school system is built on the same foundation as Taajir and ArfaPOS, our products already running in Pakistani shops and restaurants. User permissions, an audit log and WhatsApp messaging are proven parts we build on, so your budget goes into the parts that are specific to your school.

If your school also runs a canteen or a bookshop, those can be part of the same scope. Tell us on the call. To see the full process for any custom project, visit custom software, or go straight to get a quote.

Reports the principal and owner actually use

Software is only as useful as the questions it answers. For most school owners, those are simple. How many students are enrolled in each class this month? How much fee was billed, how much collected, and who has not paid for two months or more? Which classes are full, and which have seats? Which teachers are absent most often? We build these reports during scoping, in your format, so the monthly meeting starts with numbers instead of guesses.

Process

From first call to launch.

  1. Call

You walk us through how the business runs today and where time or money is lost.

  2. Written scope

A fixed list of screens, reports and users, with a price and timeline you approve.

  3. Build and review

You use working screens every week and tell us what to change.

  4. Launch and support

We move your data, train your staff and stay on WhatsApp for questions.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How much does school management software cost?

It depends on the modules, the number of campuses and how much your fee and exam rules differ from the usual. After a scoping call we give you a written price and timeline.

How long does it take to build?

The timeline is written in your scope document. A single campus with fees and attendance is quicker than a multi-campus system with exams, timetables and parent messaging.

Can you move our existing student and fee records?

Yes. Data migration is part of the process. Excel lists import directly, and we agree with you how much history from registers to carry over.

Who owns the software and the data?

Ownership and access terms, for your data and the system, are agreed and written into the scope before the build starts, so there are no surprises.

What support do we get after launch?

Ongoing support on WhatsApp in Urdu and English, plus remote training for new staff when people change.

Describe the system you need.

We reply with a price, a demo time and the setup that fits your branches, counters and users.
