Clinic management software, built for your clinic

A two-doctor clinic in Sargodha and a 20-bed hospital in Lahore need very different software. AiroxLab builds clinic management systems around your doctors, your counter and your patient flow.

Modules

What we commonly build.

Pick the parts you need. The written scope lists exactly what is included before any work starts.

Patient registration

Patient profiles with contact, age, MR number and visit history, searchable by phone number at the counter.

Appointments and token queue

Doctor-wise slots or walk-in tokens, with the queue visible to reception and the doctor.

Consultation notes and prescriptions

Doctors record complaints, diagnosis and medicines, and print a prescription on your letterhead.

Billing and payments

Consultation fees, procedures and lab charges on one bill, with daily cash closing for the reception desk.

Lab tests and reports

Test orders from the doctor, results entered by the lab, and printed or WhatsApp-shared reports.

In-house pharmacy

Medicine stock with batch and expiry, sales against prescriptions, and purchase records from distributors.

Doctor share and reports

Each doctor's patients, fees and agreed share calculated for you at month end.

Clinics work in very different ways

Some clinics run on tokens and walk-ins. Others book every patient in a slot. Some doctors want to type notes, others want a printed form they fill by hand and a receptionist who only records the fee. Visiting consultants may be paid a share of each consultation. A one-size product forces everyone into its pattern. A custom system follows yours.

The modules listed above are what we commonly build for clinics. You choose what you need now and can add more later.

The counter is where money leaks

Say a clinic sees 90 patients a day at an average fee of Rs 1,200. That is Rs 108,000 a day through the reception desk. If a few slips are not entered, or a discount is given without record, the gap at closing is hard to explain. A system where every visit creates a bill, and closing shows cash by receptionist, removes that doubt for the owner.

Pharmacy and expiry

If your clinic has a pharmacy, medicine stock with batch and expiry tracking stops expired strips from sitting on the shelf. If you run a standalone pharmacy without the clinic, Taajir may already fit, and our page for pharmacies explains how. In Taajir, batches and expiry with sell-first-expiring (FEFO) come with the Manufacturing add-on; see batch and expiry tracking.

How we build it

It starts with a call where we understand your patient flow from the door to the pharmacy counter. You then get a written scope with the screens, reports, price and timeline. During the build you review working screens every week, so the doctor and receptionist can say what feels slow before it is final. At the end we move your existing patient lists, train your staff remotely by video call and screen share, and stay on WhatsApp for support in Urdu and English.

Privacy and access

Patient records are sensitive. User permissions let you decide who sees what: reception sees appointments and bills, doctors see clinical notes, and the owner sees the reports. An audit log records changes. These come from the same foundation as Taajir and ArfaPOS.

A day at the clinic, with the system

  • The receptionist searches the patient by phone number, or registers a new one.
  • A token is issued and the patient appears in the doctor's queue.
  • The doctor records notes and prints the prescription, and any lab tests go to the lab list.
  • The patient pays at the counter for the consultation and tests on one bill.
  • The pharmacy sells medicines against the prescription and stock goes down.
  • At closing, the owner sees patients seen, cash collected and each doctor's share.

Your day may look different. That is the point of building it around your clinic.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What does clinic management software cost?

Cost depends on the modules, the number of doctors and whether you need a lab or pharmacy. We give a written price after the scoping call.

How long will it take?

The timeline is set out in the written scope. A reception and billing system is quicker than one with lab, pharmacy and doctor share.

Can you import our old patient records?

Yes. Patient lists in Excel or exports from older software can be moved during data migration. We agree the details in the scope.

Who owns the system and patient data?

Ownership and access terms are agreed and written into the scope before we start building.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Ongoing support on WhatsApp in Urdu and English, and remote training when new staff join.

Describe the system you need.

We reply with a price, a demo time and the setup that fits your branches, counters and users.
