Textile city, credit city
The eight bazaars around the Clock Tower have been Faisalabad's trading heart for generations, and textiles shape almost everything around them. Yarn dealers sell to power loom owners, loom owners sell greige cloth to processors and wholesalers, and cloth merchants supply shops across the country. Each step usually happens on credit with payment due in weeks.
That makes the party ledger the most important book in the business. A yarn dealer may have dozens of loom owners on account, each with purchases of different counts and blends, partial payments and returns. When the paper khata runs to several registers, nobody can say quickly who owes what or how long they have owed it.
What Taajir does for Faisalabad traders
- Yarn and cloth dealers: Taajir records each sale against the party, keeps a running balance and sends invoices and payment reminders on WhatsApp.
- Traders with several godowns: the Business plan at Rs 5,000 a month tracks bales and rolls in each godown separately, so you can see where everything sits.
- Cloth and garment shops: item-wise stock, sales invoices and supplier payments in one place, with user permissions so staff cannot edit prices.
- GST-registered businesses: Taajir produces an FBR-style GST report from your sales and purchase records. Read more in our guide on sales tax invoices in Pakistan.
Faisalabad also has a busy food scene, from the sweet and namkeen shops of the bazaars to restaurants along Susan Road and the canal. Those businesses fit ArfaPOS, which handles dine-in, takeaway and delivery billing with recipe-linked stock.
Weaving units, mills and job work
Faisalabad's power loom owners, processing units and garment makers can run production in Taajir too. The Manufacturing add-on, Rs 2,000 a month, adds BOM recipes with wastage, production orders and planned vs actual costing. The Job Work add-on, also Rs 2,000 a month, keeps a material account for each party, so yarn or greige a customer sends you is tracked against what you return, billed per piece or per kg. See manufacturers and job work software.
Mills with production steps beyond what the add-ons cover can ask about custom software, scoped and priced after a call.
Remote setup and training
The AiroxLab team works from Bhakkar, a few hours away, and sets up every customer remotely over video call and screen share. We help import your party list with opening balances, enter your items and godowns, and train your munshi on recording sales and payments. Support continues on WhatsApp in Urdu and English.
Taajir works offline, which matters when power and internet are unreliable. Bills are saved on the device and sync when the connection returns.
