CRM software, built for your sales team

When leads live in salesmen's phones and diaries, they leave when the salesman leaves. AiroxLab builds CRM software around your sales process, so every enquiry, follow-up and quotation stays with the business.

Modules

What we commonly build.

Pick the parts you need. The written scope lists exactly what is included before any work starts.

Leads and enquiries

Enquiries from calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and social media, with source and assigned salesperson.

Sales pipeline

Stages that match your process, from first contact to quotation to order, with the value of each deal.

Follow-up tasks

Next call or visit dates, with a daily list for each salesperson and the manager.

Quotations

Quotations in your format, with revisions tracked until the customer decides.

Customer history

Every call, visit, quotation and order for a customer on one screen.

WhatsApp messages

Follow-ups and quotations sent on WhatsApp from the CRM.

Sales reports

Leads by source, conversion by salesperson, and pipeline value by month.

What a CRM should do for you

A CRM is simply a shared memory for your sales team. Who asked about what, when we last spoke, what price we quoted, and when to call again. Without one, a solar installer, an industrial supplier or an education consultant often loses deals for one plain reason: nobody called back on time.

Big international CRMs can do this, but they are often priced in dollars per user, built around email, and take real effort to match a Pakistani sales process. A custom CRM starts from how your team already sells and keeps only what they will actually use.

A follow-up example

Say your team gets 200 enquiries a month and closes 10%, or 20 deals, at an average of Rs 150,000. That is Rs 3,000,000 in sales. If better follow-up lifts conversion to 12%, you close 24 deals and Rs 3,600,000. The extra Rs 600,000 a month comes from the same enquiries, only from calling back on the right day.

Shaped around your process

The modules above are what we commonly build. Your pipeline stages, quotation format and reports are designed with you. If what you mainly need is quotations that turn into invoices and stock, Taajir may be enough on its own: its estimates convert to invoices in one click, alongside sale orders and delivery challans. See quotation and delivery challan software. A custom CRM is for the lead tracking and follow-ups Taajir does not cover, and it can connect with the trading side. Real estate businesses have their own needs, covered on our real estate CRM page.

The process

  1. A call with the owner and sales manager to map how a lead becomes a sale today.
  2. A written scope with the modules, screens, price and timeline.
  3. The build, with weekly reviews on working screens so salespeople can try it early.
  4. Data migration of existing customers and open leads, remote training, and ongoing WhatsApp support in Urdu and English.

User permissions control whether a salesperson sees only their own leads or the whole team's, and an audit log records who changed a quotation. These come from the same foundation as Taajir and ArfaPOS. To start, send us a short note on the get a quote form.

What the manager sees

A good CRM changes the sales meeting. Instead of asking each salesperson how things are going, the manager opens the pipeline and sees how many deals are at each stage and their total value. Overdue follow-ups are listed by person. Leads by source show whether Facebook enquiries or walk-ins actually turn into sales, which tells you where to spend on advertising next month.

Start lean

Many teams do best by starting with leads, follow-ups and customer history only. Once the habit of logging every call is in place, quotations and reports come next. We plan that order with you in the scope. A system your salespeople actually open every morning is worth more than a bigger one they avoid.

Process

From first call to launch.

  1. Call

You walk us through how the business runs today and where time or money is lost.

  2. Written scope

A fixed list of screens, reports and users, with a price and timeline you approve.

  3. Build and review

You use working screens every week and tell us what to change.

  4. Launch and support

We move your data, train your staff and stay on WhatsApp for questions.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How much does custom CRM software cost?

It depends on the modules, the number of users and any connection to invoicing or stock. You get a written price after scoping.

How long does it take to build?

The timeline is in your written scope. A leads and follow-up CRM is quicker than one with quotations, reports and invoicing.

Can you import our existing customer list?

Yes. Customer lists and open leads from Excel or your phone contacts exports can be moved during data migration.

Who owns the CRM and our data?

Ownership and access terms are agreed and written into the scope before the build starts.

What support do we get after launch?

Ongoing support on WhatsApp in Urdu and English, and remote training when new salespeople join.

Describe the system you need.

We reply with a price, a demo time and the setup that fits your branches, counters and users.
