Hotel management software, built for your hotel
A guest house in Murree, a business hotel in Multan and a lodge on the Karakoram Highway all sell rooms, and each runs differently. AiroxLab builds hotel management software around your rooms, rates and staff.
What we commonly build.
Pick the parts you need. The written scope lists exactly what is included before any work starts.
Room inventory and rates
Room types, room numbers, seasonal and weekend rates, and corporate rates for regular clients.
Reservations and availability
A calendar of booked, available and blocked rooms, with advance payments recorded.
Check-in and guest records
Guest details, CNIC or passport number, and stay history for returning guests.
Guest folio and checkout
Room charges, restaurant bills, laundry and extras on one folio, settled at checkout.
Housekeeping status
Which rooms are clean, dirty or under maintenance, updated by staff.
Restaurant and room service
Restaurant billing that posts to the guest's room, connected to the folio.
Reports for the owner
Occupancy, revenue by room type, and collections, by day and by month.
Why a custom system for a hotel
Hotel software from abroad is often built for large chains, priced in dollars, and full of features a 25-room hotel never uses. At the same time, it can miss things Pakistani hotels need daily, such as CNIC-based guest records, corporate clients who pay monthly, or a restaurant that serves walk-in diners as well as guests.
A custom system includes what you use and nothing else. The modules above are what we commonly build. You choose the ones that fit, and we shape them to your rates, your folio and your reports.
An occupancy example
Take a 30-room hotel with an average rate of Rs 9,000 a night. At 60% occupancy, 18 rooms are sold each night, earning Rs 162,000. Over 30 nights that is Rs 4,860,000. Lifting occupancy to 65% means 19.5 rooms a night on average, or Rs 175,500 a night and Rs 5,265,000 a month. The difference is Rs 405,000. Clear availability, quick check-in and a record of returning guests to call before a holiday weekend all help close that gap.
The restaurant side
If your hotel has a restaurant, its billing, kitchen orders and food cost matter as much as the rooms. Our restaurant product ArfaPOS already handles dine-in, takeaway, table management, a kitchen display and recipe-linked inventory, and your hotel system is built on the same foundation. If the restaurant is the only part you need software for, ArfaPOS on its own may be enough, with plans from Rs 4,999 a month. See how this works for hotel restaurants.
How we work
First a call with the owner and front desk manager. Then a written scope with modules, screens, price and timeline. During the build, you see working screens every week and correct anything that does not match your front desk. At go-live we move your room setup and guest lists, train your staff remotely by video call and screen share, and support you on WhatsApp in Urdu and English.
User permissions let you separate the front desk, restaurant and accounts, and an audit log shows who changed a rate or a bill. Start with the get a quote form.
Corporate clients and advance bookings
Many hotels in Pakistan earn steady income from companies that send staff every month. These clients usually stay at an agreed rate and pay against a monthly bill. The system can keep corporate rates per company, post each stay to the company's account, and produce one statement at month end. Advance payments for wedding season or holiday bookings are recorded against the reservation, so the front desk knows exactly what is already paid when the guest arrives.
Housekeeping that talks to the front desk
When housekeeping marks a room clean in the system, reception sees it straight away. No phone calls up and down the stairs, and no guest waiting in the lobby for a room that was ready half an hour ago.

Questions people ask
How much does hotel management software cost?
It depends on the number of rooms, the modules and whether a restaurant is included. We give a written price after scoping.
How long does it take?
The timeline is in your written scope. A rooms-and-folio system is quicker to build than one with restaurant, housekeeping and corporate billing.
Can you move our guest and booking records?
Yes. Room setup, guest lists and future bookings can be moved during data migration. We agree the details during scoping.
Who owns the system?
Ownership and access terms for the system and your data are agreed and written into the scope before the build.
What support do we get?
Ongoing support on WhatsApp in Urdu and English, plus remote training for new front desk staff.
Other custom systems
School management software
Every school runs fees, exams and attendance a little differently. AiroxLab builds school management software around how your school already works, from a single campus in a small town to a group of branches.
Clinic management software
A two-doctor clinic in Sargodha and a 20-bed hospital in Lahore need very different software. AiroxLab builds clinic management systems around your doctors, your counter and your patient flow.
Manufacturing ERP
A flour mill, a garment unit in Faisalabad and a sports goods factory in Sialkot all make things, and almost nothing else about them is the same. AiroxLab builds manufacturing ERP around your production process.
