Transport and fleet software, built for your vehicles

Goods transporters and fleet owners track trips, fuel, drivers and payments across many vehicles and cities. AiroxLab builds transport software around how your adda or office actually runs.

Modules

What we commonly build.

Pick the parts you need. The written scope lists exactly what is included before any work starts.

Vehicles and drivers

Each truck, mazda or van with its documents, and each driver with contact, licence details and assigned vehicle.

Trips and builty

Trip entries with route, party, goods, weight, freight and builty number.

Fuel and trip expenses

Diesel, tolls, loading charges and other trip costs recorded per trip.

Driver advances and settlement

Cash given to drivers before a trip and settled against expenses on return.

Maintenance schedule

Oil changes, tyres and repairs per vehicle, with reminders for upcoming service.

Party ledgers and freight collection

What each customer owes for freight, with invoices and WhatsApp reminders.

Profit per trip and per vehicle

Freight minus fuel, expenses and driver costs, so you see which vehicles earn and which do not.

Where transport money disappears

In transport, income is easy to see and costs are easy to miss. Freight comes in large amounts. Costs come in many small ones: diesel at three pumps, a toll, a loading charge, a driver advance, a puncture on the motorway. When these are written on slips and settled from memory, the owner cannot tell which vehicle is earning.

A trip example

A truck carries goods from Karachi to Lahore for Rs 180,000 in freight. Diesel costs Rs 95,000, tolls Rs 9,000, loading and unloading Rs 6,000, and the driver and helper Rs 20,000. That trip earns Rs 50,000 before maintenance. Another truck on the same route spends Rs 110,000 on diesel for the same load. Over 10 trips a month, that Rs 15,000 difference per trip is Rs 150,000. Without per-trip records you would never see it.

What we commonly build

The modules above are the parts transport clients usually choose from. Some only need trips, fuel and party ledgers. Others want driver settlement and a maintenance schedule too. We shape each part around your terms and documents, whether you call it a builty, a bilty or a GR.

From call to go-live

  1. A call to understand your routes, vehicles, parties and how drivers are paid.
  2. A written scope with modules, screens, reports, price and timeline.
  3. The build, with weekly reviews on working screens.
  4. Data migration of vehicles, parties and opening balances, remote staff training, and ongoing WhatsApp support in Urdu and English.

Collecting freight

Freight is often paid late, and transporters carry large balances with factories and traders. Party ledgers and WhatsApp reminders come from the same foundation as Taajir, our ERP for trading businesses. Our guide on collecting udhaar has practical tips that apply to freight dues too.

Driver settlement made simple

Before a long trip, a driver takes cash for diesel, tolls and food. On return, he hands in slips and whatever cash is left. When this is settled verbally, small differences become arguments. In the system, the advance is recorded when given, each expense is entered against the trip, and the balance is clear: either the driver returns cash or the office owes him. Both sides see the same sheet.

Maintenance before breakdowns

A truck standing in a workshop earns nothing. The maintenance module records each oil change, tyre and repair per vehicle and reminds you when the next service is due by date or by kilometres. Over a year you can also see which vehicles cost the most to keep on the road, which helps when deciding whether to repair or replace.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How much does transport software cost?

It depends on the modules and the number of vehicles and offices. After scoping, we give you a written price and timeline.

How long does it take to build?

The timeline is set in the written scope. A trips and ledgers system is faster than one with driver settlement and maintenance.

Can you move our existing records?

Yes. Vehicle lists, parties and opening balances can be moved during data migration, usually from Excel.

Who owns the system?

Ownership and access terms for the system and your data are agreed and written into the scope before the build.

Is there support after launch?

Yes. Ongoing support on WhatsApp in Urdu and English, and remote training for new staff.

Describe the system you need.

We reply with a price, a demo time and the setup that fits your branches, counters and users.
