Learn HTML in Bhakkar
HTML is the first thing you learn at AiroxLab Academy. In the first weeks of Month 1 you write real pages by hand, starting with a blank file and ending with a working invoice layout.
- How a browser reads an HTML file
- Setting up VS Code and opening pages in the browser
- Document structure: doctype, head, body, meta tags
- Headings, paragraphs, lists and links
- Images, file paths and folders
- Tables for invoices, price lists and reports
- Forms: text inputs, numbers, dates, dropdowns, checkboxes
- Labels and form layout that people can actually fill in
- Semantic tags: header, nav, main, section, footer
- Accessibility basics: alt text, label links, heading order
- Page titles and meta descriptions
- Reading other people's HTML with browser developer tools
A sales invoice page for a kiryana shop: shop name and address at the top, a customer details block, a table of items with quantity, rate and amount, a totals section, and a simple form for adding a new customer.
Why HTML comes first
Every screen you will build in this course sits on HTML. The billing screen of a restaurant POS, the stock report in an ERP, the login page of a web app: all of them start as HTML elements that a browser draws. Later modules add style, logic and data, but if your HTML is messy, everything on top of it is harder to fix. That is why the course opens here, with plain files and no frameworks.
HTML is also the easiest place to begin when you have never written code. There is no math to worry about and no setup beyond a text editor and a browser. You type a tag, save the file, refresh the page, and see the result. That quick loop builds confidence in the first week.
How the HTML weeks run
Classes are in person at the AiroxLab office in Bhakkar, Punjab. Month 1 covers HTML, CSS and Git together, and HTML takes the opening part of the month. Each class has a short explanation, then most of the time goes into typing. You will not copy slides into a notebook. You write the page yourself, break it, and fix it with help from an instructor who builds business software for a living.
The examples come from real business software. Instead of a page about your favourite film, you will build things a shop or office actually uses: a price list table, a customer form, a receipt. Tables get special attention because so much business software is tables: items, ledgers, stock counts and reports.
- Class time: a new tag or concept, shown live in the editor.
- Practice: short exercises in class, checked on the spot.
- Weekly project work: each week adds a piece to the invoice page.
- Review: your page is opened and reviewed in front of you, with clear notes on what to change.
The invoice page project
By the end of the HTML weeks you have a complete invoice page for a small kiryana shop. It has a header with the shop name, a block for the customer's name and phone, and an items table. A sample row might read: 5 kg sugar at Rs 150 per kg, amount Rs 750. Another row: 2 packs of tea at Rs 450 each, amount Rs 900. The total row shows Rs 1,650. At this stage the numbers are typed in by hand. In the JavaScript month you make the page calculate them itself.
The page also includes a form for adding a new customer, with proper labels, a phone field and a dropdown for city. You will not style it yet. It will look plain, and that is deliberate: you should see clearly what the structure does before you start changing how it looks.
What you need before you start
Nothing beyond basic computer use: opening files, typing, and using a browser. Beginners are welcome and university students can join. If you already know a little HTML, the business examples and code reviews will still sharpen your habits. The full course is 5 months at Rs 10,000 per month, and you can read the whole plan on the AiroxLab Academy page.
What comes next
Straight after HTML you move to CSS, where the same invoice page gets a clean layout, print styling and a version that works on a phone. If you are ready to join, send your details through the apply form.
Questions people ask
I have never written code. Can I start with HTML?
Yes. HTML is the starting point of the course because it needs no prior experience. You only need to be comfortable using a computer and a browser.
Is HTML taught on its own or as part of the full course?
It is part of Month 1 of the 5-month course, together with CSS and Git and GitHub. The fee is Rs 10,000 per month.
Do I need my own laptop?
A laptop helps, because you will want to practise at home between classes. Ask about your situation when you send an enquiry on WhatsApp at +92 311 2377741.
Why build an invoice page and not a personal website?
Because invoices, tables and forms are what business software is made of. The same page is reused and improved in later months, so you see one project grow from plain HTML to a working app.
