ERP software in Pakistan for trading businesses
Taajir puts your sales, purchases, stock, khata and expenses in one place, so you stop jumping between a register, a calculator and three Excel files. It is built for Pakistani wholesalers, distributors, shops and small factories, and priced in rupees.
One record for the whole business
A sale reduces stock, updates the customer's ledger and shows in your reports at the same time. Nobody has to copy figures from one book to another.
Add only the modules you need
The base app covers buying, storing, selling, collecting and paying. Factories, tolling units and lot traders switch on Manufacturing, Job Work or Lots & Serials for Rs 2,000 a month each.
Works through load-shedding
Offline mode keeps billing running when the internet drops. Records sync when the connection comes back.
Unlimited staff, each with limits
Add as many staff accounts as you need. Role permissions limit what each person can open, sensitive actions need a PIN, and the audit log shows who did what.
Web, Windows and mobile
Use the Windows desktop app at the billing counter, the web app in any browser and the mobile app at the godown. Same account, same data.
Fixed price in rupees
Standard is Rs 4,000 a month or Rs 36,000 a year. Business, with multiple warehouses, is Rs 5,000 a month or Rs 50,000 a year. No per-user or per-invoice charges.
What ERP means for a Pakistani trader
ERP stands for enterprise resource planning. The name sounds like something only a multinational buys, and for years the software matched the name: expensive licences, consultants, and months of setup. For a wholesaler in Shah Alam Market or a distributor in Faisalabad, the idea underneath is much simpler. ERP means every part of your business writes to the same record. When you sell, the stock goes down, the customer's balance goes up, and the sale appears in your reports, all from one entry.
Most small businesses in Pakistan already run a kind of ERP, just spread across paper. The sale goes in the parchi book, the udhaar goes in the khata, the stock is in the munshi's head, and the supplier balance is on a separate register. At month end, someone sits late trying to make these agree. If you want the full definition, see our glossary entry on ERP.
Signs your business has outgrown registers and Excel
- You cannot tell how much stock you have without walking to the godown and counting.
- Customers dispute their balance, and you have to flip through months of khata pages to prove it.
- Your Excel sheet works only when one particular person updates it, and it breaks when two people edit it.
- You buy items you already have because nobody knew they were in the back.
- When a staff member leaves, part of the business knowledge leaves with them.
- Month-end takes days instead of minutes because figures come from different books.
If three or more of these sound familiar, the cost of not having one system is already higher than the cost of software.
What Taajir covers
Taajir is built around the daily work of a trading business. Here is what each part replaces in a typical shop or wholesale counter.
| Taajir module | What it replaces |
|---|---|
| Sale invoices and POS billing | Carbon-copy parchi book and handwritten bills |
| Estimates, sale orders and delivery challans | The quotation pad and the challan book |
| Purchases, purchase orders and returns | Supplier bills kept in a file or drawer |
| Inventory and stock | Physical counting to know what is in hand |
| Parties and party ledger | The khata register for customers and suppliers |
| Payments in and out | Cash book, bank slips and JazzCash or EasyPaisa screenshots |
| Multiple warehouses (Business plan) | Separate stock registers for each godown |
| Expenses and Zakat ledger | Rent, salary and bijli bills noted on scrap paper |
| WhatsApp integration | Phoning customers to send bills and ask for payment |
| Reports, including P&L summary | The calculator session at month end |
An FBR-style GST report is built in for businesses registered for sales tax. Unlimited staff accounts with role permissions, PIN-protected actions, an audit log and a recycle bin keep control with the owner.
Add-on modules for specific trades
A kiryana store does not need production orders, so they are not part of the base price. Businesses that do need them switch on a module inside the same app, on either plan:
- Manufacturing: recipes (BOM) with wastage, production orders, planned vs actual costing, batches and expiry. See manufacturing software.
- Job Work / Tolling: process a customer's material and bill per piece or per kg.
- Lots & Serials: lot-wise trading with per-lot profit, and serial numbers such as IMEI, engine and chassis.
- Online Store: your own shop website linked to your Taajir stock, Rs 4,000 a month.
What it costs, worked out
On the Standard plan a single shop pays Rs 4,000 a month, or Rs 36,000 for the year if paid yearly, which works out to Rs 3,000 a month. The Business plan, for more than one warehouse, is Rs 5,000 a month or Rs 50,000 a year. Manufacturing, Job Work and Lots & Serials are Rs 2,000 a month each, or Rs 11,000 a year alongside a yearly plan. There is no charge per invoice or per user. Compare that with what goes missing without a proper record. Say a hardware wholesaler forgets to follow up on four udhaar accounts of Rs 12,000 each in a year. That is Rs 48,000 never collected, more than a full year of Standard on yearly billing. One stock mistake on a high-value item, such as ordering a second lot of 20 water pumps at Rs 9,500 each that sits unsold, ties up Rs 190,000 of cash.

When Taajir is not the right fit
Taajir is built for businesses that buy, make and sell goods. With the Manufacturing and Job Work add-ons it also covers many small factories and processing units. If you run a school, a clinic or a transport company, your process needs different screens. For those businesses AiroxLab builds custom software such as school management software, scoped and priced after a call.

Related solutions
Inventory management software
Every sale and every purchase you enter in Taajir updates your stock on the spot. You can check what is in hand from the counter or your phone, without sending someone to the godown to count.
Accounting software
Most shop owners do not want to learn debits and credits. They want to know who owes them, whom they owe, where the cash went and whether the month made money. Taajir records all of that from the work you already do.
Manufacturing software
The Manufacturing add-on turns Taajir into a production system for small factories. Raw material goes in, finished stock comes out, and you see what every production run really cost.
Warehouse management software
When your stock sits in a shop, a godown behind the market and maybe a second godown on the bypass, a single stock figure is not enough. Taajir keeps stock for each location and shows the total across all of them.
Billing software
Taajir replaces the carbon-copy parchi book with clear printed or WhatsApp invoices. Each bill updates stock and the customer's balance, so the counter work you already do also keeps your books.
